Their Royal Highnesses Prince Moulay Rachid and Princess Lalla Hasnaa chair, on this occasion, the signing ceremony of five agreements in the field of the protection of the environment.
The agreements include a partnership agreement to generalize the eco-schools programme, in addition to three agreements on the progressive elimination of the use of plastic bags, the promotion of substitute products and the production of clean energy from waste gas in Oulja area.

On this occasion, HRH awards the Earth Day prizes to several NGOs and enterprises.
Thus, HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa hands the Citizens' Action trophy to the Association of Teachers of life and earth science, represented by its chairman Mr. Abderrahim Ksiri.
The Sustainable Action trophy is handed to Al Jisr Association, represented by its chairman, Mr. M'hammed Abbad Andaloussi, the proximity Action trophy to the Friends of palm, development and the fight against poverty Association, represented by its Chairman, Mr. Khalil Nouhi.
As for the trophy of Citizen Action, it goes to the Regional Union CGEM-Meknes, represented by its Chairman, Mr. Larbi Lahraichi, while the Integrated Action trophy is awarded to Al-Omran Tamesna, represented by its CEO, Mrs. Lamia Kadiri, and the trophy of supporting associations’ Action to Shell company, represented by its CEO, Mr. Mohamed Raihani.
Her Royal Highness was then greeted by the trophies’ designer, Mr. Hicham Lahlou.
