- Give subsidies to associations working for the protection of environment.
- Setting up panels and streamers intended to make people aware of the fact that they should preserve and protect the environment

- building toilet blockse blocs
- facilitating access to beaches and providing special paths for disabled people
- developing the cornich (lighting, paving, benches)
- building premises for different uses

-Equipment and premises for the civil defence (dinghies, rubber rings,observation posts, beacons..)
- Building and maintaining permises for the police, Royal gendarmerie, and sub- forces
- providing equipment for swimming instructors.

- an every day cleaning of the beach, quarterdeck and the corniche
- purchase or rent garbage collecting machines, sifting machines, tractors and lorries
