The program aims at protecting the national green patrimony by permanently developing, protecting, maintaining the green spaces. The target of this action is to improve the citizens’ environment, enhance the community’s image and reinforce the country’s tourist appeaThe approach applied is based on the following lines:
- Involve all the concerned operators through an agreement between the sponsor and the community.
- A rigorous follow-up of the implementation and the progress made in the retained programs
- proposing other actions especially in districts of high population density.
The projects’ status
Implemented projects:
-renovating the green spaces for the Avicenne Hospital in Rabat, on an area of 2,5 ha including roads and lighting thanks to the support of the Group Maroc Cooper
-the gardens of Mountazah Al Amira Lalla Hasnaa in Marrakech on 7ha (lighting, irrigation system, the gardens’ renovation and equipment) thanks to the support of Marrakech city
- building the twinned towns park in Mohammedia (3ha) thanks to La Samir’s support
-renovating the nursery park Dakhla in Agadir (5,5 ha) thanks to the support Akwa Group.
