-preserving and reinforcing the threes’ alignment
-re-drawing the tracked down paths (18.000 m2) with natural material
-replanting the ancient garden according to its initial use as a breeding ground garden
-preserving the natural state of the Arsat’s edgings
-setting up a transition zone, composed of two big grass squares, between the ancient and modern garden
- building the modern garden according to the geometrical strict rules, keeping with the European heritage (respecting the existing flowers beds, reinforcing paths and their perspectives, rebuilding the borders with terracotta bricks, developing a new space called paradise space, characterised by its refinement and great vegetables variety…).
-drilling a deep well to irrigate the whole garden, according to traditional old techniques. The importance granted to the Arsat is not limited to rehabilitation works, but goes further to the conception of three new buildings, being part of the cyber park, but placed in two different places :
-The exhibition space, located at the entrance of the garden, by Mohammed V avenue
-The amphitheatre, being close, with a capacity of 80 places but can hold more people thanks to the grass land surrounding the place. It has also a tower, a screen wall, and a stage
- the cyber park, located at the extreme part of the old major path of the Arsat and taken for a meeting place.
