During the year 2004, the renovating and rebuilding interventions have concerned mainly the edifices which are totally destroyed or extremely damaged.
The re-arrangement operations have concerned essentially the technical and complementary equipments (irrigation system, water circuit of waterfalls, spray system…), the building of a new entrance and a private car park for 50 cars, on the neighboring land recently acquired. Some examples of achieved works: To recondition the plantations and vegetation To make an inventory of the existing plants by the students of the Agronomic Institute, supervised by their teachers To prepare a personalized planting program according to each garden To restore the house of Mr. François (the founder of the garden)

Some studies have been financed by the Moroccan National Office for Tourism (ONMT). Whereas, the works have been financed by the BMCE Bank.
